Our Process

01. FEEL

The energy, or Feel of a home, comes from emotional imprints left by former owners. If your home is older, there may be many layers of imprints that burden the home with dense or unwelcoming energy. It may feel welcoming to you, but to someone looking for a clean slate, not so much. We clear the emotional imprints of past residents (including you), and establish new energies that most closely match your new buyer. When they arrive on your doorstep, the home just feels right, and the sale is imminent!

02. FUNCTION

A home that doesn’t function well is harder to sell. We evaluate your home for practical use and make suggestions to help you present a home that will suit the needs of your new buyer. This might include repurposing certain rooms to capitalize on functional space or optimizing storage. Staging is a powerful tool to help buyers imagine the possibilities that work for them.

03. FLOW

An effortless flow through your home is essential to attracting the right buyer. Being able to move freely and easily from one space to another gives the potential buyer a sense of comfort and compatibility with the space. When energy moves freely, it attracts prosperity. We identify areas of congestion and stagnation and provide remedies so that there are no obstacles to your sale!
